What would it feel like to invite more self-love into your life?
What could a little more presence and understanding do for the relationship you have with yourself?
How would it feel to be so tuned in that you could have regular conversations with your body, conversations that would guide you to more nourishment and alignment in your life?
What would you say if I told you that you are the greatest healer for your own body?

I will be offering a weekly Trauma Informed Gentle Somatic Yoga Class to love, open and align the body. Utilizing Somatic Resourcing tools,  Self Massage and Breath to deepen presence in the body and mind. Through slowing down and inviting more understanding into our practice, we can communicate the love we have for our bodies and signal safety to our Nervous System. Through consistently showing up for ourselves, we can open up to receive love and abundance in our lives. You are your greatest healer and it is my hope to provide you with accessible tools that you can take home and have for life to support you on this journey.  â€‹
